Sometimes life asks us to trust what we cannot see.
We may feel as if we are suspended in the air, with no solid ground beneath us and no clear understanding of what is holding us. The mind wants certainty. It wants to know what comes next, how things will unfold, and whether we will be okay. Yet there are moments when knowing is simply not available to us.
Perhaps the practice is to be a little more like this leaf. To stop struggling for an answer and allow ourselves to be held by the moment. To trust the process, the path, the universe, whatever name feels right to us. We may not always see what is supporting us, but that does not mean we are unsupported.
